Cancellations: a non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings. Any cancellations with less than seven days notice will be charged in full unless the room can be re-let.

Arrival/check in times are 3.00pm until 10pm. Departure/check out times are between 8.00am and 11am Mon to Fri and 9am and 11am Sat and Sun

Evening meals are available in the Restaurant. Prior booking is required to guarantee a table. We do not serve a separate children's menu in the evening. Please note menu prices are subject to market change.

Dinner is served from 7:00 until 21:00 Mon to Sat Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:30 Mon to Sat. Sunday lunch is served from the bar and restaurant from 12:00 till 17:00. There is no food service on Sunday nights except for pre ordered room service.

Any early breakfast on a weekend can be provided with an in room continental style breakfast as long as it has been booked prior to arrival or sandwiches to go.

Breakfast times are Mon-Fri. 8.00 until 9.30 and Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays

9 until 10.30

No children under the age of sixteen are allowed in the public areas downstairs after 8pm.

Special offers are based on a standard double or twin room subject to availability and are subject to all the above terms and conditions

As the Mug House has no car park of its own a car park pass for the local car park can be collected on arrival.

Terms of car pass issue
Car pass is solely for your personal use with this vehicle and must be placed in a prominent position in the front window of the car. There is a £10 deposit taken which is refundable on return of the pass on check out. The pass must be returned on check out or you will loose your deposit if not returned in 3 working days you will be charged the full cost of replacement £250.00
