Chardonnay La Playa
This rich golden Chardonnay from the Colchagua Valley in Chile offers fresh tropical fruit, aromas of papaya, pineapple and mango combined with floral, vanilla and honeyed notess. It is a fresh, medium-bodied wine with a good structure, balanced by a pleasant and crisp acidity.
Rioja Blanco Barrel Fermented Azabache

A fragrant and expressive wine; Loureiro means ‘laurel’ due to the similar aroma of the berries to the laurel tree. This fresh and zesty wine has notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom, acacia, apple and white peach.
Sauvignon Blanc Turning Heads
A typically vibrant aroma of ripe gooseberries, herb and nettle to accentuate the Marlborough calling card. Picpoul de Pinet Trois Mats
A bright, fresh Languedoc white from the coastal flatlands of Sete. A fresh nose bursting with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit followed by notes of ginger, quince and anis. It is lively on the palate with notes of lemon, melon and honey finishing crisp and dry with matured crystallised citrus fruits.
Chablis Domaine Alain Gautheron
The Gautheron estate has been family owned for five generations. Their Chablis offers fresh, floral aromas with appley fruit and a complex, rich mineral character derived from the subtle influence of the chalky vineyard soils. Fermentation and maturation is in vat to preserve the fresh steely flavours and lively balanced citrus finish.

This inspired blend combines the cherry and strawberry fruit character of the local Tempranillo with the spice and structure of Shiraz. The wine is fermented and aged in Stainless steel giving focussed young fruit which lends vigour to a mid weight palate that is supple and balanced.
Shiraz Hamilton Heights
Bright ruby red in colour, this Aussie Shiraz is bursting full of inviting blackcurrant and blackberry aromas on the nose. The palate is smooth and soft with juicy black fruit flavours and a hint of spicy pepper. Soft tannnins give structure to the wine which has a long and polished finish.
Ojo Rojo Merlot
This easy drinking red wine is a distinguished and vibrantly fruity Merlot, Chile’s most successful red varietal. The nose is full of plums and bramble fruits. The palate is rich with black cherry and plum flavours with a hint of mineral character and soft, rounded structure with a medium finish.
Tempranillo Rioja Azabache
A vibrant, unoaked and supple red, made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes grown in the dry Baja region of Rioja. This plummy, soft seductive wine exhibits typical Tempranillo character of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and plum with notes of liquorice and finishes soft and rounded.
Malbec Punto Alto
A Malbec grown using organic principles in the vineyards of Mendoza. A dark purple in colour with bramble fruits and black cherries on the nose. The palate has great concentration with a velvety texture and dark fruits and chocolate on the finish.
Primitivo di Salento Doppio Passo
This bold and powerful red from Brindisi is made in a similar way to a Ripasso wine using a portion of dried Primitivo grapes and fermenting the wine a second time on the dried skins. The result is a fresh and aromatic red with an amazing concentration of plum, blackberry, cherry and chocolate flavours.
Côtes du Rhône Domaine l’Amandine
A fresh and vibrantly fruity Southern Rhône blend, which is made predominantly from Syrah with the addition of Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. The spice and smoky aromas of the Syrah dominate the bouquet, whilst juicy red fruits and spice compete on the palate leading into a long and complex finish.

Pinot Noir Long Barn
From California, this Long Barn Pinot Noir is a pale ruby red in colour with a soft nose of red cherries. On the palate, tehere are notes of bramble fruit and cherries combine with a subtle sweet spice character and a fresh acidity. It is well structured with soft tannins and a silky mouthfeel, the fresh fruit flavours linger on the palate.
Chianti Classico Lilliano
A fresh and vibrant Chianti classico, bright ruby red in colour with notes of red cherries on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with notes of redcurrants, cherries, cloves, cinnamon, a touch of violet and a classic spicy finish. The fresh fruit flavours are supported by soft tannins and a typical, chianti acidity.
Amarone Monte Faustino
Monte Faustino is owned by the Fornaser family who can trace their winemaking roots back to the early 1900s. This Amarone has a strong concentration of black cherries on the nose. The palate is full bodied with a velvety texture and notes of black fruits, cinnamon, walnuts and bitter chocolate. Silky tannins with a long, chocolatey finish.
Pinot Grigio Rosé Ramato Il Barco
A delicate salmon pink rosé made naturally using selected copper skinned Pinot Grigio grapes. This is a rare wine style that has become greatly sought after and very fashionable in Italy. This wine is dry and well balanced with delicate perfumed aromas of peach and rose petals and soft, red fruit flavours on the palate.
Feather Falls White Zinfandel
A deep pink rose that offers an attractive bouquet of summer fruits such as strawberry and watermelon. A medium bodied palate with a hint of sweetness and flavours of red cherries, raspberries and strawberries and cream. The confected fruit flavours are balanced by a refreshing acidity and linger on a crisp finish.
Frizzante Prosecco Bollicine
A natural, lightly sparkling wine made from the Glera (or Prosecco) grape grown in the fertile Treviso hills north of Venice. This traditional wine is light with an attractive perfumed bouquet, bread and nut aromas and subtle, refreshing spritz.
Prosecco Borgo del Col Alto

Prosecco Rose was approved by the Italian government and the EU in 2020, meaning this is an entirely new concept for 2021. Made from a blend of 85% Glera (the prosecco grape) with 15% Pinot Noir for colour, this fresh and delicate rose is a delightful aperitif. A lively mousse and fresh acidity with notes of strawberries and pink lady apples.

Light rose in colour with an elegant and intense bouquet. Dry, soft and well-balanced on the palate with round and full bodied structure. Perfect as an aperitif but excellent with fish soups, grilled fish and courses based on mushrooms.
