Spotlessly clean accommodation, friendly staff and a great atmosphere in the bar. Convenient free parking for the duration of the stay. Bewdley is a charming small town that is surprisingly lively at night. A great place to stay for visiting the surrounding areas.

We both wanted to thank you and all the staff at the Mug House for making our recent stay such an enjoyable one.  The accommodation was luxuriously comfortable, the food superb and the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful.  You very kindly upgraded us to the Rose Room suite as it was our wedding anniversary and supplied the most beautiful bouquet of flowers on behalf of my husband, which was a wonderful surprise.

We have stayed in many hotels both in this country and abroad but have never found one which provided such high standards in every respect.  Thank you for making a special occasion a most memorable one.  We hope to be back very soon!

We were delighted to find that our room was quiet, clean, spacious and decorated in a nice traditional style in keeping with the historic character of the building. The room featured lots of nice little touches, like an alarm clock, big TV with DVD player and even little teddy bears on the bed! There was also lots of nice traditional pine furniture and views over the River Severn.
The breakfast was amazing -really appetising and it was clear that good quality ingredients had been used, e.g. lovely thick pork sausage with herbs. There was also a healthy alternative available and continental style buffet. For this price it was an absolute steal, we will definitely return when we are next in the area. Lots to do in the area too, we went walking in the Malvern hills and visited the nearby West Midlands Safari park, which we highly recommend.

Thanks again for a very pleasant couple of days at the Mug House. The food was extremely good and very filling!! hope to visit again.. thanks again. Wendy and Ray Carpenter.

We stayed here for one night in April and absolutely loved it. Great location, room was large and well equipped, full of character. (We were in the Daffodil room.) Didn't eat in the restaurant but our breakfast was excellent. My other half reckons it's the best breakfast in England! Staff brilliant across the board. No parking but we were given free parking pass for nearby car park - so make sure you ask on arrival.
